The National Association of Realtors recently realeased their July existing home sales fugures.  They reported sales dramatically dropped from the prevoius month and 3.98 million homes are currently for sale throughout the United States.  The drop was partially attributed to the end of the $8,000 homebuyer tax credit.  Now at first glance it all sounds like gloom and doom for our economy, but CBI has a different viewpoint when it comes to statistics like these.  Who do these numbers tell us?
