Merchandise purchased online at www.creditunlocked.com may be returned and refunded provided t meets the following conditions:

• Returned books and workbooks must be unopened and still in their original condition (unmarked and unused).
• Returned DVDs and CDs must be unopened and still in their plastic wrapping.
• Returns must be made within 30 days (items must be back in our warehouse within 30 days) of the shipment date listed on your packing slip.
• Returns must include your original packing slip, completed return forms and preferably be in the original shipping carton.

If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you may opt to have the item reshipped or your money refunded.
